Flippers is a revival of the namesake 1970’s rollerskating rink from the family of Liberty Ross. For this start-up style project, I led product and retail operations for the grand opening of Flippers Roller Boogie Palace in New York in April 2022.

Operations included implementation of processes and tools across the business, management and analysis of global product buying, quality control, and future season planning.

The rink lives seasonally at the legendary Rockefeller Center, including a permanent retail store selling original merch and skate accessories.
